Skin care routine for pigment spots

In this post, we share how to reduce and prevent pigment spots.

What are pigment spots?

Pigment spots are areas of uneven pigmentation in the skin and occur as a result of increased melanin production when melanocytes, skin cells in our outer skin barrier, become stressed.

Pigment spots can be caused by sun damage, fatigue, nutritional deficiencies in the skin, or hormonal imbalances, and often occur in connection with pregnancy. By adding important fatty acids from lingonberry seed oil to moisturize and strengthen the skin barrier, unevenness in the skin can be reduced.
