I work out a lot, which means that I also shower a lot and therefore I need a shampoo that keeps both hair and skin, soft and smooth. I love that I can have the shampoo both in my hair and on my body and that the conditioner can be used as a wrap, but most of all I love that my skin and hair are nourished which gives vitality that is visible!
