In 2007, Q for Skin was founded by nurse Florence Ellinor Nilsson with the desire to improve public health by creating self-care for the common dryness problems she encountered in her daily work. The result was products based on Finnish research into the strengthening and beneficial effects of Nordic berry seed oils on skin and mucous membranes.

She continues to run the company with the same commitment and desire to offer high-quality self-care products that are safe, well-researched, pleasant to use, and make a real difference to people's quality of life. Linnéa is not only well-informed and understands how skin problems can limit the lives of many people—she is also an environmental scientist and is driven by the desire to develop skin care products that are in harmony with nature.
- After studying sustainability issues for five years at a prestigious university in the UK , I am proud that we at Q for Skin are at the forefront of sustainable production, but also in terms of how we help people achieve a better quality of life from a holistic perspective.
Today, her daughter Linnéa Burström continues to run Q for Skin.
