We don't recommend cleansing your face in the morning if you don't need to (e.g. acne-prone skin), as it washes away your skin's natural oils and reduces the effect of what you applied the night before.

Cleansing Milk is a creamy cleanser rich in plant-based fats. If applied to damp skin, these fats may simply glide over the surface and struggle to cleanse deeply. That’s why we recommend applying Cleansing Milk to dry skin. Gently massage it in using circular motions, then rinse off with lukewarm water.

If you wear a lot of makeup or use traditional cosmetics, double cleansing may be beneficial — first to break down dirt and makeup, and then again to deeply cleanse the skin and pores.

Yes — we’ve developed a Sensitive range specially formulated for people with extremely dry and sensitive skin, which is unfortunately becoming more common. Our Sensitive products contain no added fragrance, citric acid, or harsh preservatives that can irritate the skin.

Everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend testing the product on a small area first to see how your skin responds before applying it more widely. Some people prefer a cream, while others find that an oil feels more soothing — it depends on what your skin needs.
