Our prices are in Swedish kronor. By default, all prices (except where specifically stated otherwise) include VAT. For customers outside the EU, any import VAT and customs duty is up to the recipient to pay. When you have placed an approved order, you will receive an e-mail that serves as an order confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that you have entered the correct e-mail address and notify us kundservice@qforskin.se in case of error to have an order confirmation resent.
When you register your user account and/or place an order, you will be asked to provide certain personal data. You confirm that the information you provide is correct and complete and are responsible for any incorrectly provided information. Information about Q for Skin's processing of personal data can be found in Q for Skin's privacy policy.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days.

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods. To invoke the right of withdrawal, the goods must be unbroken in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
In the case of a right of withdrawal, the products must be unused and unopened for a return to be valid.
If you regret your purchase, email Q for Skin at kundservice@qforskin.se and state that you want to exercise the right of withdrawal. We will then email you a return shipping label and a return slip that we ask you to fill in and put in the package. After we have received the return and ensured that the products are unused and in their original box, we will issue a refund or credit the invoice depending on the payment method chosen.
If the products are destroyed or used, no refund will be issued. Always check that your shipment is undamaged upon delivery.

Norway and Europe: 149 SEK
If your return/complaint is approved, we will refund the amount of your order within 14 days.
The right to complain covers goods that are defective under applicable consumer protection legislation. If you discover that the product is defective when you receive your order, you must contact Q for Skin as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you receive your order. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered to have been submitted in time. You have a 3-year right of complaint on goods purchased on the Site.
Q for Skin reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Site. Changes will be effective from the time You accept the Terms (when making a new purchase or visiting the Site) or 30 days after Q for Skin informs You of the changes. However, Q for Skin recommends that You check the Site regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms.
