Card payment and invoice We accept card payment with VISA, MasterCard and Klarna Pay Now, as well as invoice payment with Klarna Pay Later. When you pay by debit card or Klarna, the payment is handled by our payment partner Shopify Payments to ensure fast and secure payment.

Shipping & Delivery
Vi gör allt för att få iväg ditt paket så fort som möjligt. Vår normala leveranstid är 1-3 dagar.
Vi skickar alla våra paket med Postnord. Inom Sverige kan du själv välja valfritt Postnord-ombud eller paketbox under fraktsätt i kassan.
Vid val av leverans till ombudkommer du få en avisering via Postnords app om du har registrerat dig i appen. Om du inte är registrerad kommer du få ett SMS- eller brevavisering när paketet finns att hämta.
Alla paket ligger på ombudet i 7 dagar innan det returneras. Du kan själv förlänga liggtiden till 14 dagar via Postnord´s app.
Outlöst paket debiteras med 100 kr.
För att hämta ut paketet via Postnords paketboxmåste du använda Postnord app och kunna legitimera dig via Mobilt BankID. Aktivera bluetooth i din mobiltelefon, stå i nära anslutning till paketboxen och följ instruktionerna i appen.
Fraktfritt inom Sverige över 399 kr. Fraktkostnaden är annars 59 kr.
Fraktkostnaden inom EU är 149 kr. Fraktkostnaden till Norge är 249 kr.
Returns & Complaints
Som privatperson har du rätt att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar efter det att du har tagit emot varan. Om du ångrar ditt köp mejlar du oss på kundservice@qforskin.se och meddelar att du vill utnyttja ångerrätten. Vi mejlar då en returfraktsedel samt en retursedel som vi ber dig fylla i och lägga i paketet. Efter att vi mottagit returen och säkerställt att produkterna är oanvända och i dess originalkartong genomför vi återbetalning eller kreditering av faktura beroende av valt betalsätt. Vid återbetalning dras kostnaden för returen av från det belopp som återbetalas. Kostnad för returporto är 59 kr.
Du har inte ångerrätt om: varan är använd, förseglingen brutits eller om varan inte är i originalskick.

If you are returning a damaged item to us, please do so in the packaging and packaging in which it was sent. We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means a 36-month right of complaint. The right of complaint only covers original defects, i.e. defects that were in the product upon delivery.

Many people find that the scent reminds them of apple and honey, but it contains no ingredients derived from apple or honey—the fragrance comes from plant-based aroma compounds carefully blended together.

Till exempel Blackcurrant Oil kan man ha för att smörja kroppen, händerna, fötterna, hårbotten, ansiktet, underlivet, öron- och näsgångar, ömma bröstvårtor vid amning, ta bort skorv etc. Quick Relief Shampoo kan användas vid besvär både i hårbotten och på kroppen. Våra ansiktskrämer kan du använda dag, natt och både i hela ansiktet och runt ögonen.

Blackcurrants, sea buckthorn and lingonberries are rich in nutrients, but it is the oil inside the seeds that carries the superfood. It is not enough to eat the berries whole to benefit from the health-promoting effect, as the seeds are so small and easily pass through the digestive tract.

No, Q for Skin has never and will never test its products on animals. If you buy products produced in the EU, you can rest assured that no animal testing is carried out. It has been banned for many years.

Our chemists carefully select ingredients with consideration for humans, animals and the environment. Since our products should be gentle for both skin and the environment, compromises have to be made as unfortunately not everything that is natural is the best for sensitive skin. For example, in our Quick Relief Shampoo, our chemists have chosen to use an anti-fungal substance called Piroctone Olamine instead of using Tee tree oil, which is a natural essential oil. As we pay special attention to sensitive skin, we choose not to use essential oils as more and more people react with allergic reactions. Q for Skin should be a safe choice.
