Marie's results with Q for Skin

Article in Året Runt: Marie had suffered from an itchy scalp for many years when she started moisturise blackcurrant seed oil. "The itching disappeared within a week," she says.

Marie Öberg, 57, from Karlstad, didn't just have problems with an itchy scalp. Every evening, she had to scratch her scalp with a comb to try to remove dandruff flakes.

"It was less pleasant when large flakes were falling, especially if I was wearing a black jacket," says Marie.

For several years, she sought help from doctors in vain. They could only recommend that she use dandruff shampoo—but that didn't work very well.

"The anti-dandruff shampoo reduced my dandruff a little, but it was at the expense of my hair quality," sighs Marie.

The problems with her scalp made Marie always feel unkempt. But everything changed when her hairdresser asked if she wanted to participate in a study.

Every evening, Marie massaged her scalp with blackcurrant seed oil, and to increase blood circulation, she brushed her entire scalp with a natural brush. In the morning, she shampooed her hair with a special shampoo, and the treatment also included taking four capsules of sea buckthorn oil every day.

"When I massaged the oil into my scalp, it felt like it was 'slurping' because it was so dry. The itching disappeared after the first week, and by the end of the treatment, the flaky skin had also disappeared. Now I have no problems at all."
