Research and studies form the basis of Q for Skin
It wasn't easy to find a solution that met Florence Ellinor Nilsson's high demands for self-care products. It wasn't just quality and effectiveness that were important. The application experience too; it shouldn't be sticky, sting or itch.
Even if you have dry, sensitive skin, applying the product should feel pleasant. For a long time, development work was ongoing with many uphill battles. The turning point came when she learned about the research conducted at Åbo University concerning the skin and health effects of Nordic berry seed oils.
But it wasn't just a matter of course to use research findings; Florence has, over the years, built up a close collaboration with researchers and chemists. In 2007, the Q for Skin self-care concept was finally launched.
Conducting clinical studies and pilot studies has been a prioritized investment over the years. For us, it is important to be a credible source of help.

Nutrition as a method
Q for Skin's method is based on providing natural, bioavailable Nordic nutrition adapted for the skin's structure and function, both from the inside and out. Therefore, we have chosen to work with vegetable oils and natural raw materials with high nutritional content, easy for our body to absorb and gentle on the environment.
