We have chosen carbon dioxide pressed berry seed oils in our capsules, which means a technically complex production method that is free from contamination and oxidation. No high temperatures or chemical solvents are used. The method is ecological. The result is a vegetable oil of the highest quality with completely pure bioactive nutrients.

Week 1: 1 capsule per day with meals

Week 2: 2 caps per day with meals

Week 3: 3 capsules per day with meals

Week 4: 4 capsules per day with meals

Increase the dose gradually each week or at a slower rate to 4 capsules/day. Then move to a maintenance dose of 2 capsules per day.
