What payment methods can I choose?
We offer the following payment options:
Swish
With Swish, you can easily and quickly pay using the Swish app on your mobile phone.
Card payment and invoice
We accept card payments with VISA, MasterCard, and Klarna Pay Now, as well as invoice payments with Klarna Pay Later. When you pay by credit card or Klarna, your payment is handled by our payment partner Shopify Payments to ensure fast and secure payment.
If you have questions regarding your invoice or your installment account (not product-related questions), please contact Klarna at 08-120 120 10.
Can I buy a gift card from you?
We currently do not sell gift cards.
Can I change, add and remove items from my order?
You can add to and amend an order until your order has started processing.

Shipping & Delivery
How long is the delivery time?
We do everything we can to get your package out as quickly as possible. Our normal delivery time is 1-3 days.
How is my package shipped?
We ship all our parcels with PostNord. Within Sweden, you can choose any PostNord service point or parcel locker under "shipping method" at checkout.
If you choose delivery to a service point, you will receive a notification via the PostNord app if you have registered in the app. If you are not registered, you will receive an SMS or letter notification when the parcel is ready for collection.
All parcels remain at the service point for 7 days before being returned. You can extend the collection period to 14 days yourself via the PostNord app.
Unclaimed parcels will be charged SEK 100.
To collect a parcel from a PostNord parcel locker, you must use the PostNord app and be able to identify yourself via Mobile BankID. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile phone, stand close to the parcel locker and follow the instructions in the app.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping within Sweden on orders over SEK 399. Otherwise, the shipping cost is SEK 59.
Shipping cost within the EU is SEK 149.
Shipping cost to Norway is SEK 249.
Returns & Complaints
How do I make a return?
As a private individual, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please email us at kundservice@qforskin.se to inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will then email you a return shipping label and a return form, which we ask you to fill in and include in the package. After we have received the return and confirmed that the products are unused and in their original packaging, we will issue a refund or credit the invoice, depending on the chosen payment method. In the case of a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount refunded. The cost of return postage is SEK 59.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if: the item has been used, the seal has been broken, or if the item is not in its original condition.
In cases where a used item is returned or otherwise damaged by you as a customer, we have the right to deduct the depreciation in value when we refund you.
How do I make a complaint?
We always do our utmost to ensure you receive products of the highest quality, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at kundservice@qforskin.se
If you need to return a damaged item to us, the easiest way to do so is in the packaging and wrapping in which it was sent. We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act, which entails a 36-month right to make a complaint. The right to make a complaint only covers original defects, i.e., defects that were present in the product upon delivery.
In the event of return shipping for a damaged/incorrect item, we always cover the return cost. However, please note that we only cover the cost if you have first contacted us and received instructions to return the item.

General product questions
What scent do you have in your products? Where does it come from?
We are incredibly proud of our unique signature scent. It is a natural scent that is free from known allergens. Many people find that the scent is reminiscent of apple and honey, but it does not contain ingredients from apple and honey, but the scent is from fragrances that have been put together from the plant kingdom.
What do you mean by multifunctional products? Aren't products that can be used for multiple purposes usually inferior?
No, certainly not. It's quite the opposite. When our oceans are projected to contain more plastic than fish by 2050, we believe it's incredibly important not to develop unnecessary products. That's why we want to create products that can be used for multiple purposes and by the whole family. For example, Blackcurrant Oil can be used to moisturise the body, hands, feet, scalp, face, intimate areas, ear and nasal passages, sore nipples during breastfeeding, remove cradle cap, etc. Quick Relief Shampoo can be used for discomfort on both the scalp and body. Our face creams can be used day and night, on the entire face and around the eyes.
Where are the products produced?
Our dietary supplements are produced in Finland and our skin and hair care products are produced in Denmark.
Isn't eating black currants, sea buckthorn, and lingonberries enough to get the nutrients in your supplements?
Blackcurrants, sea buckthorn, and lingonberries are rich in nutrients, but it is the oil inside the seeds that contains the super-nutrient. Therefore, simply eating the whole berries is not enough to benefit from their health-promoting effects, as the seeds are so small and tend to pass through the digestive tract.
Can I use other products with Q for Skin?
We have not tested combining our products with other brands and therefore cannot comment on the effect.
If you have reactive, very sensitive skin that easily flares up or is temporarily stressed, you should not mix different brands. This can instead create stress and cause more skin problems.
Where is Q for Skin sold?
Q for Skin is sold at Hälsokraft, Life, Kronans Apotek (online) and selected health food stores, skin therapists, and hair salons.
Do you have any organic labels?
Due to the disagreement about which guidelines should apply, for what should be approved/interpreted as organic, we have decided to wait for the organic seal. Discussions with attempts to reach agreement are ongoing within the EU. We have instead chosen to invest and focus on conducting clinical studies with scientific measuring instruments to ensure the effects our self-care concepts can achieve.
Do you test on animals?
No, Q for Skin has never and will never test its products on animals. If you buy products that are produced within the EU, you can be sure that no animal testing is done. It has been banned for many years.
Are the products vegan?
Quick Relief Shampoo contains honey, otherwise all products are completely vegan.
Do you have products with SPF?
No, it is not in any of our products.
What makes Q for Skins products different from other brands?
Q for Skin combines research and Nordic nutrition to create gentle and effective skin and hair care.
Our chemists carefully select ingredients with consideration for people, animals, and the environment. Since our products should be gentle on both skin and the environment, compromises must be made, as unfortunately not everything natural is best for sensitive skin. For example, in our Quick Relief Shampoo, our chemists have chosen to use an anti-fungal substance called Piroctone Olamine instead of tea tree oil, which is a natural essential oil. As we pay special attention to sensitive skin, we opt out of essential oils because more and more people are experiencing allergic reactions. Q for Skin should be a safe choice.
