Huge help for my dry and sensitive skin

These in combination with blackcurrant oil are a tremendous help for my dry and sensitive skin/mucous membranes.

I tend to be very dry both on my face and body in the spring. Since I started taking the capsules, I think my skin has gotten much better.
I have pollen allergies and used to have huge problems with dry and itchy eyes, but that's gone. Now I don't even need to use my eye drops, which I can't live without in the spring otherwise.
